To nominate Erasmus+, Traineeship and Double Degree students, Partners Universities need to enter the information on our Online Portal.
All students attending Bachelor's and/or Master's degree courses with which our universities have an agreement may be nominated.
Erasmus+ Incoming candidates must be nominated by their home University registering student data on our Online Portal.

- Please write to erasmusincoming@uninsubria.it to confirm, so we can check that everything is correct

If you DON’T have credentials:Ìý
- Please write to erasmusincoming@uninsubria.it to request credentialsÌý
- We will send you an e-mail with credentials and information for your first access
- Log in to to register your data
- Please write to erasmusincoming@uninsubria.it to confirm, so we can check that everything is correct

Once we have checked that everything is correct we will send you an e-mail to confirm.
Students will be contacted in the following days with all the information they need to complete the application.
1st semester (winter)/full AY: from 1st April to 31st May
2nd semester (spring): from 1st September to 31st October
Nominations will be considered valid only if they are uploaded to our Online Portal within the specified deadlines.
